Peakeaze lets users log and scan, create and send invoices, reconcile transactions, and generate reports from a single system. It also handles the full accounting and tax workflow from day-to-day bookkeeping to HMRC tax filings, without forcing users to understand the underlying complexity.

AI was heavily leveraged. We automated data extraction, categorisation, and reconciliation, cutting down manual work dramatically. Most importantly, the system guided users step by step through each flow, effectively holding their hand even if they had zero accounting background which was most of the business users.
